Delivery policy

1. Subjects of application
LAMASSU's delivery policy only applies to customers who order products of LAMASSU COFFEE & (including website, facebook, Whatapp, Zalo, Messenger, hotline).

2. Shipping fee & delivery time
Standard delivery service
✔ Delivery time (from the time the order is confirmed):
– From 20-30 minutes for orders within a radius of 4km in District 2, Ho Chi Minh
– From 30-60 minutes for the remaining districts of Ho Chi Minh
✔ Shipping fee:
– For orders delivered within a radius of 4km in District 2, HCMC: Free
– For orders delivered outside a radius of 4km in Ho Chi Minh City: from 30,000 VND – 40,000 VND
Note: the shipping fee will vary depending on the weight of the order, the place of receipt and the warehouse area. Detailed delivery charges will be displayed when placing an order.

3. Notes when receiving goods
Please check the product on the spot before paying (if any) to the delivery staff. (Note: you are not allowed to try the product).
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, broken, taste or wrong goods, wrong color, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the hotline: 096.650.8455 or email: lamassuorder@ for immediate processing.
LAMASSU's shipping service will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation from the LAMASSU store to the customer.
When the product is delivered, the product must be in its original condition, intact, sealed, with no signs of opening and closing... full bill of LAMASSU, if customers find it abnormal, they can refuse to receive the goods and contact us immediately. After the customer has signed to receive the goods without any notes or comments about the goods. LAMASSU is not responsible for the return requests for damage, wrong goods ... from customers later.
